A husband-and-wife team with marketing backgrounds and a love of entertaining opened Graze Craze at 670 N. Main St., Suite 107, on Tuesday, Aug. 18, bringing a dedicated charcuterie shop to downtown Alpharetta.

Sara McNabb and her husband Scott McNabb, a U.S. Air Force veteran, launched the 1,400-square-foot store inside Stonewood Village, the shopping center at Highway 9 and Cogburn Road. The shop skips a traditional kitchen, focusing on cold-assembled boards, boxes and catering built to order by staff the franchise calls "Grazologists."

No cooking happens on-site.

"We were drawn to the beautiful, fresh, homemade products and the unique variety, from brunch items to classic charcuterie to dessert trays, all of which can be adjusted for dietary needs including gluten-free, keto, and vegetarian," Sara McNabb told What Now Atlanta.

The couple drew on careers in marketing, sales and brand building to choose the franchise, according to What Now Atlanta. Three signature board styles anchor the menu: a Classic with cured meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, crackers and sweets; a Vegetarian board built around seasonal produce and house-made dips; and a Sweet option featuring chocolates, cookies, fruits and sweet dips. All three can be customized for dietary restrictions.

Graze Craze is a national franchise founded in 2018 by Air Force veteran Kerry Sylvester. The brand now operates more than 130 locations across the U.S. and Canada, according to Hoodline, and reported a 65% year-over-year jump in same-store sales during the first half of 2026, extending a growth streak to 20 consecutive quarters. United Franchise Group, which oversees the brand, participates in the International Franchise Association's VetFran program, offering reduced franchise fees to veterans.

The Alpharetta store is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday and Monday orders are available by appointment only.
