Taxes and cost of living: Miller said he will fight to keep Georgia's income tax cuts on track, describing the rate as reducing toward 3.99%. He said he supports property tax relief, including protecting the inflation cap on property assessments, expanding homestead exemptions and protecting seniors on fixed incomes. He also called for cutting regulations that drive up the cost of housing, healthcare, insurance and doing business in Georgia.

Public safety and local growth: Miller said he supports investing in first responders' training, staffing, pay and equipment. He called for cracking down on career criminals, gangs and drug traffickers. He said he wants to keep zoning and development decisions with local elected leaders and eliminate special data center tax breaks that he said shift costs onto Georgia families. He also called for improving state roads including Highway 9, Highway 20, Highway 140, Highway 372, Highway 369 and Georgia 400.

Education: Miller said he supports fully funding literacy coaches in every elementary school under the Early Literacy Act and expanding school choice, including the Georgia Promise Scholarship. He said he backs strengthening workforce and college pathways through the DREAMS scholarship, keeping teacher pay ahead of the cost of living, defending the phone-free classroom law and investing in school safety.
